The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
