We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products and services, handling inquiries, and maintaining good customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in promoting our company’s offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products and services clearly and convincingly.
Follow up on leads and maintain call records.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email).
Prior experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage.
