Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order only if it has not been posted to the website, and your order is in pending status. Once your order is completed, and the listings are approved, you will not be able to cancel the same order anyways. You can cancel the same order within 24 hours, provided your listings are not approved or live.

In case, you have sent a request for a cancellation, and if your cancellation request is denied, then you will get a confirmation email from us regarding this. For cancellation of an order, you will need to send the Order Number, listing name, date or time of placing the order to admin@jobnex.in.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

In case of a cancellation is accepted, then the refund will be credited to the users bank account electronically. Users need to provide the mode of payments and list their bank account information in the email for cancellation.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Bank/ Gateway charges may be deducted from the amount paid.
